How to bargain?

I am more comfortable speaking english so I'm at a disadvantage.

Why does everything think they can pull a fast one on me. bait and switch, ridiculous prices, shortened time.

I'm quite nice and I want to be nice. I'm wondering if everyone goes in as an asshole so nobody messes with them or these hookers are used to dealing with bad people all the time.

What should one never say? They like to ask where I'm from and what I do. I'm beginning to suspect it's not really chit chat but a way to pull a fast one on me.

Prices and time are my biggest problem. So far I've had high prices pulled on me. I agreed b/c I can afford it but I don't like being played. Also, what if they cut short the time.

Does anyone just walk away and not bother trying to negotiate?

Really kills the mood.

I like to bargain when the opportunity arises. Of course, I am not going to bargain in a restaurant or a cafe. But at a store where I shop for clothes or other things? Definitely! Haggling is part of the culture. If you shop for the fake name brand, you better to do some hardcore haggling.

It's all business. Nothing personal. It's all about the color green or the color of money. Don't you want to work the shortest day and make the most money? It's the same as the sex industry. If they can get away from it, why not?

I have seen one escort posting ad in cities a few hundred miles away. She offers discount if the client drives couple hundred miles away to see her. When I checked her website, it brags about her making enough money from her regular job. And she has more than enough regular clients to deal with. YET, she has to advertise on Backpage from another state AND travels around to get business.

Unless they fuck you for free, it's all about business. Don't fool yourself.

From the few threads you've posted so far I think you have either a chip on your shoulder or
an attitude problem ...
just do what you said you were going to do in one of your threads ... stay away from WGs and
you'll live life with less hassles !

I was about to sympathise with you but quite frankly this

shows your issues are entirely your own.

A price is simply an agreement between a willing buyer and a willing seller.  Emphasis on willing.

You agreed, so WTF are you bitching about??

If you feel you're being taken advantage of at every turn, you're the only one.  Others are getting good service most (not all) of the time, with a fair commitment to price, time, and satisfaction - so if you're not, it actually is something personal to you.  You need look no further.

For the record I don't usually negotiate - as you yourself say it kills the mood and makes you look cheap - but I have been offered discount prices many times when I (genuinely) chose to walk away.  If you want something special, such as an agreed amount of time, number of pops, special service, tell her.  She will either agree, or not, and you will be saved the anguish of second-guessing whether another bro got a better deal than you did.

Bro....you need to clear this up for me, your B&S experiences have been with HGs right?

As you see from the ads, all the prices are there, so theres no need to negotiate at all! Its very standard to have 45 mins for 800, or 100 higher or lower based on certain girls, or around 1600 for JG/KG. Just don't mention the price and pay her when you're done!

Don't say "how much are you?" cos that opens it up to them that you know jack about the scene and the opportunity arises for them to try it on!!!

As Bro DA says, you agreed. If you don't like the price, then walk away.

I agree with hkjiggy

all the prices are listed I would never negotiate the price. If you want something extra then negotiate otherwise pay the price and tip according to the service you recieved. Its not rocket science.

If you don't like the way the girl looks just walk away and say no thanks.

I remember when I first started haggling for prices in Thailand (not just bargirls) and as a westerner it was a little strange. We are so used to everything having its fixed price. I quickly learned that while haggling in the West could be seen as offensive, it is quite the opposite in Asia - it is a cultural thing.

That said, I just treat it as a little game. Most importantly is to decide how much you are prepared to pay and not get caught up in the negotiations. Always stay polite and calm - I usually haggle with a big cheesy grin on my face. Then walk if you cannot get your price. Simple!

just know what you are looking for and know tge market. if you know what the going rate is not much csn lead you to overpay. sites as these are great to build up your knowledge and to know what to expect. at the end it is up to you what you make out of it

totally agree - you can bargain anywhere, even in a main-street store in London with supposedly fixed prices - but in a bargaining culture people actually think you're a bit strange if you don't haggle.

Key is to prepare and practice a convincing collection of excuses why you should pay less - e.g. good-looking, funny, sexy, long-term client, bulk-buying, off-peak time, etc. and be able to roll them out in a sort of a dance.  The more entertaining and unusual your pitches are the better the rapport you build.

But it has to be good-natured.

Even in the US, you can haggle a bit at the store. I did at a jewelry store and got 15% or US$2100 off the price tag. I can probably talk them down some more. I know for a fact that they mark up at least 25% of the price tag because that's the discount they gave for last year's model. What's the worse it can happen? There are always other stores that sell the same merchandise.

Hold on...

I know you can haggle in stores, esp when travelling cos the shops usually hike up the prices for tourists. I do the walk away thing knowing they will pull you back.

But I believe the OP is specifically asking about encounters with WGs, right?

I've only haggled when I've met them outside working hours as a non-freebie and they insist on some payment, then usually half or thereabouts of what she gets during working hours less agent's fees.

During working hours, I have to be honest and say I've never thought of haggling, unless in outrage of the poor service I've had to the point of leaving.

Maybe it's cause I'm american and we dont haggle much, but I can understand haggling price over a product.  But why would you haggle over a service that has not been rendered?  You'll get crappy service!  WGs are DEFINITELY one thing not to haggle over!

Ditto the whole tipping concept in the States.

I tip based on service, not because I HAVE to!

Each area has its little peculiarities.

I think the main thing is to have a price in mind that you're prepared to pay for the girl.
Often when I go to Walk-ups I can't read the chinese on the walls which I assume are prices. So make sure you tell the girl what you want and how much. If it's too much then negotiate (after all you're paying for a service) and if she won't meet a price I'm prepared to pay, I'll walk. There are plenty of other girls who will.

In regards to B&S and girls that rush, I guess that's just part and parcel of mongering... you're bound to get bad service now and then and there's not much you really do tbh except maybe not tip her and write a report on here to warn the other bros about her.

I cant speak chinese or read it so I bring a printout of the 141 page with the prices on it so they can't overcharge me. I don't haggle on the posted price  I just dont want to get ripped off.
