Here are my concerns:

1.  Normally I prefer not to mix pleasure with work, especially in the workplace.  But I am unattached and this would not be the first time to have romantic attachments among staff members in our office.
2.  Could this be the subject of a wager among the ladies in the support pool?
3.  She could be a deadfish in bed, but the arrangement can be terminated in a month.  So no big risk here.

Any advice from the wiser and more experienced members of this board?

Agree, this is a huge risk.  If anything goes south it is you who will take the biggest hit. No matter how consensual the agreement is your position as her superior is what makes you liable. You said quid, that likely means you're in the UK where the laws are not on your side. What's more is if news of this gets out, especially if your business is specialised and a small community, you could be blacklisted and permanently out of work in your field.

If you really want an arrangement like this see if she has a friend.

i would do it as not just a contract..which can require a lawyer to review. a video and a contract might be a better way to go.

Its a tricky proposition. Sounds like she's an absolute stunner but as all. To there have said here, never shit where you eat. You have a tough call indeed. If it were me I would be honest and explain that even suggesting such a thing puts you both at risk. I would let her keep working for me and I might tell her I was flattered but I would say she should never mention it again and that I would never speak of it ever.
