Hi all,

Been looking around this site and forum for about 1 week or so, and am trying to figure out the best method to arrange a meeting with not too much notice or searching around.

I will be staying in TST, so it looks like a walk-up would be convenient in a populated building, but I am a little concerend about how this actually works. Do you just go to the different floors, and knock on doors?
I am an english speaker, but do understand cantonese, and speak a little too.

I'm guessing also that the hotel girls would just require a phone call to make the arrangement. Do you speak with the girl directly, or is it via a "fixer"?

To answer your specific questions, yes you just go to the walk-up and knock.  You can politely excuse yourself if the girl is not to your liking and move onto the next door. Please be considerate and don't knock if the sign indicates the girl is with a customer

For hotel girls, you speak with the papasan.  Their English is typically very limited.

If you can, i'd recommend going to the more well-known TSTWalk-Ups  in the afternoons when there are less bro's around.

It's just easier for a newbie imo as you dont want to bump into many bro's and have more rooms with the 'Welcome' sign.

thanks for the advice

I think that will be my plan, as I will be able to get out to do some "shopping" during the afternoons.
May also try a spa massage. Do any of he high end hotels have any "extras" as such?

Why dont you call the hotel res places and have them come to your hotel?  it's only $100 HK more- not much $ and much less effort.

You can get them to come to your own hotel? How do I find the ones that will come to my hotel?

all the hotel reservation girls can go to your room.  I've actually never been to their hotel room.  The only big down side is that if they bait and switch you, you may just take that inferior looking girl cause you're so worked up and dont want to wait another 30-60 min for another one (which may also be another bait and switch).
