Subject: Terms for the more attractive ladies

Terms for the more attractive ladies

After World War II, the term 'China Doll' started to be used here in the US.  China Doll was a positive term used to describe any very attractive Asian lady, regardless of her national origin.

After the Viet Nam War, the term 'Nu dep' began to be similarly used again here in the US.  Nu dep translates to attrative female, especially an attractive young lady.

Are there any locally used terms in Mandarin or Cantonese which are similar ?  For that matter, are there any similar terms used in regards to Nippon or Korean ladies ?

This round eye with minimal foreign language skill is interested to know them, as long as they are complimentary in nature.  Thanks everyone.
