Newbie questions

I have never visited HK and have three basic questions.  Is there a
difference in visiting "China" or Hong Kong?  How can you tell
which currency the reports are using, other than the obvious
as in $800 would be HKD.  Some of the chinese reports quote
a currency that could be U.S.  Lastly for a short first visit what
would u recomend.  Short being 3-4 days.  I am asking with respect
to hotel near CWB or would Kowloon be better?    Kudo's for the
site.

1. Currency in Hong Kong is HKD and this site uses HKD in the forums if not said otherwise.

2. China might not be as easy for a foreigner or as safe.

3. Well it depends on what you are into. I suggest u take a good look at the posts some of the bros have taken and go from there.

4. if u check the site theres tabs with one saying CWB so u can check that out if u like. I however would suggest u look at TST since the girls look better.

Hope some of this info helps u out.

Enjoy your stay in Hong Kong and if u need any help dont hesitate to PM me.

info

You need to post all questions in the correct area of this forum,it has a Q/A section.
Do look around here as much as you can, there is a wealth of information.
A 3 or 4 day mongering adventure to Hong Kong is probably best for you since you are not familiar
with the mainland it seems. You should stay in TST,Wan Chai,CB probably.
Read about how things work as far as calling the Papa and Mama's for HG's.
It is quite easy really, just be persistant and maybe have to call a few different ones.
If ya got the money have one come to your Hotel for starters. Then once you are more familiar with getting around HK try going to the girls Hotel. It saves a little money going to their hotel.
Explore some of the walkups also maybe also try some of the bars in Wan Chai that you will read about in the forum.
The money you can check on the exchange rate using a currency converter site on the internet.
Hong Kong and the mainland use different currency and Macau also has it's own currency.
I hope you have good time and write some reports on your journey.
Good luck

1. Although Hong Kong is officially part of China, it has different laws and rules. Therefore Hong Kong is often known as HKSAR (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). Yes entering Mainland China will require a visa, but these can be obtained very quickly (1 day) in Hong Kong. Companies like China Travel Service (CTS) can do that. On the other hand, entering Hong Kong with a foreign passport will just require a stamp a the immigration desk, and another one when you leave.

2. All of the reports in the HK section will be in HK$.

3. Where to stay will be down to personal preference...

But it seems that you are newbie either to Hong Kong or China. I recommend you should not take such a big step to explore china. Better to stay in hk or macau for fun. Although you need to pay more, you are safer. You better find an experienced one to accompany with u if u visit china for fun next time.

If you want easy mongering with quality of WGs, take a side trip from HKG to Macau and spend a day or more there.
No where else on earth that you can find hobbying as convenient and safe with WGs most beautiful from variety of nationalities.
Like HKK, Macau does not require Visa.
