So I posted some tips before, based on some research I did and here goes:

First of all the obvious ones such as an Adam’s apple and the voice, but they can have the Apple shaved and/or speak in falsetto. The two bigger giveaways are the hips and arms. Women have a distinctive curvature to their arms, particularly at their elbow. This is an evolutionary feature which allows them to hold a baby for long periods of time. The curvature supports much of the baby’s weight. Men’s arms are much straighter, we support a baby’s weight mainly with our muscles.

Same thing with the hips, where a man’s hips will be much narrower than a woman’s. A woman’s hips will flare out from the waist and thighs for obvious reasons.

These two features are important and typically not surgically enhanced. However... if you have even the slightest doubt, then you should just walk away from that one.
