Depending on which agency the WG is from, you'll either get a call to your cell phone or to the hotel room directly. Once your WG arrives, the receptionist will call your room saying that you have a guest. All you have to do and it just say send her up, and she is at your door steps without you even having to take a step out of your room. It is very convenient, however it's either hit or miss and you have to read the reviews.
