Temporary insanity is a hard sell though, since he killed the girls on two separate occasions days apart. If he killed one only and called the police soon after, then it would be an easier case to argue. But to kill one and stuff in a suitcase and days later kill the next victim the same way is premeditated and psychotic. To have 1000s of pics of dead bodies on his phone will not help his cause either. He will probably end up in an institution for the criminally insane at taxpayers expense, like Martin Bryant - the Australian mass murderer from the 1990s. I cannot see him being released. | |
