mrclen, like it or not, revenue-based programs are here to stay... Small airlines had revenue-based earning systems but no one cared (Southwest, Airtran, etc), but then Delta followed suit, then United. I wouldn't be surprised if American does the same after things with the US Airways merger finalizes. Granted that might take a while. Best bet is to convince your company that you're worth more and have them pay for business class tickets
