i did some research, some trial-n-error, and after "sponsoring" several girls...
the best is to get them to become a Tour Guide.
to become a Tour Guide, you have to study at 9-12 months.
there will be a national examination twice every year.
Cost only RMB 900 for the exams, and RMB 2000+ for textbooks, etc.
So all i do is give a place for these girls to stay.
accomodation is never more than RMB 3k/mth. (Shenzhen)
in ZH / ZS / DG, it's only RMB 1K/mth~!
I will give additional 2K ~ 3K, for their monthly expenditure.
They can even use part of the money to send back home to their parents.
For a total of RMB 60K+, plus one year's time, i give these girls a new life.
i am proud to say 3 such girls are now earning RMB 5~10K a month in Hunan and ChangChun.
Full-time tour guides.
