Come on, don't tell me 10 million rmb is a ton of money for these people in power. 10 million to them is like 10000 rmb to us. It's a lot, but for a supermodel or celebrity, once in a while romp is possible. Not everyone can or are willing to spend that kind of money, but it IS possible.
