Confirm the lights are on at 3 in the afternoon? Perhaps it's my fault. I'd be there between 3-5pm. I've circled the area of the Sheung Shui clusters, which is due north of the Sheung Shui MTR station. The main road north you'd walk on would be San Wan Rd.
At night, the circled area is dark and quiet -- and the pink lights are easy to see, even from 500 meters away. But during daytime, they'll probably be less visible.
If you go in the late afternoons, I'd suggest for you to look at this website's 141 database to find girls in Sheung Shui so you'd have exact addresses.
