I've talked about premature ejaculation a number of times here. I'm not sure if you can search my post history or not or instead just search the forum for this subject. The short of it is [no pun intended]...
- Don't over think it. Seriously, premature ejaculation is mainly psychological. Get over your fears and stop thinking about it.
- Stop masturbating all the time. What you're doing is conditioning your mind and body to ejaculate quicker than you want to. And later on at the slightest woman's touch you're going to cum.
- Have more sex. Get a proper girlfriend instead of seeing only working girls. The reason being that you can have regular sex and not performance sex without any mental worries like trying to get your money's worth. More than that, regular sex will allow you to get to know your body better and all the sensations that you feel.
- Don't keep seeing WGs as a way to get over your problem. It won't work and it's financially costly.
- Wanking one off before actual sex won't teach you anything. You'll only last longer with this method because the second or real round will be when you're still in your refractory period and physically can't cum.
