I think the solution for you is a bit counter-intuitive. Everyone is suggesting different poses that bring more pressure/tightness.
You say you can come easily with bbbj in 5-10 mins but not so easily pumping the old pussy even after 30 mins. Basically you don't need more pressure/tightness, you need a pussy that allows your dick to stroke in/out smoothly. I actually have a similar problem too.
The solution for you is to apply lube to the girls pussy when the stroking starts to snag and becomes too much work to stroke all the way. You will have to conduct a few trials of the amount of lube to use to get that optimum amount (similar to that bbbj feel) of pressure/tightness for stroking smoothness.
