IMHO - this is how these things work.
Whilst she may genuinely like you to a certain extent, she also has a lot more to gain from going bare-back than you. Apart from the STD quotient, you need to understand that in her mind, 2 scenarios unfolds - that you ARE going to be smitten by her (especially with your history of having had WG's as a GF), where it will be "easier street" for her - or else, you are just screwing her/taking advantage of her being emotionally involved w/you.
And in the second case, she would have a fall-back position to then cry "pregnancy" - and it really doesn't matter if she is pregnant or not; and if she was pregnant, who she actually got pregnant by! But she now has the power to milk you for all the "good guy" that you are. She'd be claiming at least the abortion pill/operation fee, time she needs to recuperate and not working, and of course whatever it is that a good guy would pay to 'do the right thing!"
