Report template in table format [download as text file]

I was asked to post a report template in table format that I've been using (example report). The template code is in a text file and I have it saved on my computer. When writing a report I open that file, fill in the content, and copy the code to forum post.

Although the tags in the template may look complicated, writing a report with the template is fast because you only need to write your content text with everything else being in standard format. Of course it would be easier if we just had a form page for submitting our reports here at 141, but it might take a while for such development to take place.

Download template file
The report template file is in Windows Rich Text Format (rtf). Use Wordpad or Word to open.

How to use the template
  1. Open it and fill in the blanks.
  2. Copy/paste everything to your post at 141.

The file looks messy at first, but you can ignore everything but the big white texts on black background. Double click or select these texts and replace with your report data.

Table and formatting tags are small font on white background. Do not touch these. The small font on gray background is the bulk text which is also printed on screen. Edit these to your liking.

Move advertisement photos around with AID (not necessary)
Ok, this is not necessary, but I'll just want to mention posting advertisement photos so that more people would remember to do so After you have posted your report including an advertisement photo of the girl as an attachment to the post, you can move that photo anywhere in the post by editing it. You cannot do this while writing the post, you must edit the post afterwards.

When you go to the edit post window, at the bottom of the screen you'll see the attached images. Next to each photo there is an aid column with a number. That is the attachment's unique ID number. You can move your cursor anywhere in the post and click that number, and an attachment tag will be added to that spot and that photo will be displayed in that space.

So in this template, replace the AdvertisementPhotoAttachment with this attachment ID tag (or delete the text).
