Physical therapy? I wonder what kind of specialist therapist they have for this type of injury? Is it like a long HJ complete with the fondling of the scrotum and checking the pressure points? Does it include actual sex to check firmness is good enough?
Plus I would imagine the therapist has to be a relatively cute and young girl otherwise if it was an old lady or guy, there is no way he can get hard which would screw up his recovery.
