Regret bro that everyone ages and the best thing you could do if you want to be better at sex is to do more exercise (at least every day) and stay in shape. If you have this problem at age 48, by 50-51 you'll need Cialis every time you engage in sex if you don't get into shape.

I suggest you also check your blood sugar level. This is vital to having a healthy kidney which regulates your erection. There are also exercises you can do for your kidney. Lay flat on the floor and try lifting your legs (must be straight) up to a 30 degree angle. Try and do this slowly 50 times per session. This exercise is specifically to strengthen your kidney.
